I developed the concept for the Podcast Creators Institute about six months ago. And one of the first things that I did was reach out to Ely Delaney and request a coaching session with him. I had an idea for a course I had an idea for a program. But what I didn't have were a lot of the logistical details.
In just one session, Ely was able to hear what I had to say through active listening and to identify trends and threads that I could not see simply because I was inside the tunnel looking out from his outside looking in perspective, he perceived things he identified opportunities, and in helping me to draw the map to bring this thing to the market.
